Integrating the body - Achieving win-win effects

It is difficult to practise without integrating the body into the exercise. We ask ourselves how to do this particularly well. We are thinking about win-win effects, i.e. things that benefit both our body and our practice results. We currently divide our experimental results into the following categories, knowing full well that there can ultimately be no clear-cut boundaries.

Differentiation: What we do not mean

To avoid a common misunderstanding: We are not concerned with the use of methods such as Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, yoga, meditation or similar in connection with practising. Nor are we concerned with the choice of food or the way we appear and move on stage. We are concerned with what turns out to be suitable directly in the process of practising.
