Little helpers - big impact
Helpers play a major role in our work. Anything that helps is welcome and will be tried out. We offer ideas for everyone that can be transferred to others as added value. The helpers briefly presented here are a big ‘plus’ for playing technique and/or sound and musicality. They are suitable for regular use. Some of them are suitable for all or only for special instrument groups. We wish you happy browsing!
Warm-Up
FingerFit
For the pocket
Massage ring
For warm and flexible fingers. They can be used before every practice session. Ideally, they should have a permanent place in the instrument case.
More than just a warm up
Stainless steel massage balls
For smooth and warm hands. The simplest application is to rotate two balls around each other in the palm of your hand. You can also change direction and do it with two hands at the same time. There is also a whole range of other exercises especially for musicians, which also support other aspects depending on the intensity.
Integrating
Conscious activities
Relaxing
Foot roller
Suitable for coordination, rhythm, rhythm stability, phrasing and relaxation when practising. Can be used both sitting and standing.
Full Power
Back roller
Ideal for use of the whole body. Can only be used when standing. It is so important that the back roller suits you that we do not provide a link here. We recommend trying out back rolls (also known as black rolls) at your nearest sports shop.
