FAQ

Copyrights

The content in the studio is protected by copyright. We attach great importance to ensuring that these rights are respected. That is why there are clear rules that are communicated via the subscription conditions and confirmed by the subscribers.

Who can become a subscriber?

Pick up ideas

Anyone with an interest in the content of studioTSNH can become a subscriber. Ideally, you should play, learn or teach an instrument, teach singing or vocals, be an ensemble leader, teach music at general education schools or want to teach or learn music theory subjects.

To pick up ideas: You register by subscribing to a mini-subscription. Further mini-subscriptions can be added later in the personal user account.

Where are the ideas from?

In principle, anyone can contribute ideas and help develop the content of the studioTSNH. Overall, the focus is on practice and mediation ideas. In principle, "idea contributors" work closely with the initiators of TSNH to prepare the content for the studio, implement it technically (if necessary) and also clarify the legal issues.

How can I contribute with ideas?

The way can be roughly described as follows:

  1. Everyone can send us their ideas/content for a subscription by e-mail without any obligation and add examples so that we can get an initial idea.
  2. We will then get in touch with you and discuss your project in more detail, clarify the question of authorship and organisational details. It will then become clear, both for you and for TSNH, whether and how a subscription can be realised.
  3. However, the media preparation of the ideas, the input into studioTSNH and the contractual clarification will then begin.
  4. This is followed by a short test period before the subscription is activated.
Are "idea contributers" paid?

Contributors of ideas receive a share of the sales. The amount and scope depend on several criteria, e.g:

  • Scope of the submission (single idea? Several? A whole range of topics?)
  • does the submission become a separate mini-subscription or is it a "shared subscription"?
  • according to the demand for the mini-subscription and thus according to the sales volume of the subscription / partial subscription
  • Number of languages/translations

It is important to TSNH that everyone receives something for their work and ideas. The details are agreed individually in each case.

Are there adverts in the studio?

Quiet and undisturbed

Distractions while working on the content offered at studioTSNH are not necessarily conducive to healthy learning and music-making. For this reason, third party adverts of any kind are refrained from.

The topic of "advertising" in general also includes the topic of "information". The boundaries between what is useful and what is superfluous are fluid and are assessed highly subjectively. studioTSNH handles this as follows:

If information can offer added value to the individual user, it will be made available, e.g. in the subscriber's user account, through links in texts, etc. It serves the purpose of transparency and user-friendly use of this medium. The decisive factor in each case is the information character.

Are there any subsidies available?

There are currently no funding opportunities from TSNH.

How much does a mini-subscription cost?

Everyone should be able to afford mini-subscriptions, i.e. the "collection" of ideas. With the prices, we roughly differentiate between very large, medium and small subscriptions based on the quantity of the scope. We are not expressing value in a qualitative sense. The price is advertised on the product page. It is a one-off payment! There are also free mini-subscriptions.

How long does a subscription last?

Each subscription has a term of 6 months. After that, the subscription ends automatically. However, subscribers can extend or renew their subscription. You will be notified before the end of the term.

Are there terms or conditions?

Each subscriber agrees to the Terms of Subscription. These regulate how content can be handled. Subscribers should also study the Right of withdrawal, as a special right of cancellation applies to content on digital media.
